Swive IT provides health and dental insurance to its employees and their family in the United States. A medical PPO plan is available from us. A flexible spending account (FSA) is a tax-advantaged financial account that allows employees to set aside a portion of their wages to pay for qualified medical and dependent care expenses, as defined by the FSA Guidelines.
Payroll taxes are not applied to money withdrawn from an employee's pay into an FSA, yielding in significant payroll tax savings. The employee chooses to have a portion of his or her salary transferred immediately into his or her 401(k) account, or "deferred." Employees in participant-directed plans (the most prevalent type) can choose from a variety of investment options, typically a selection of mutual funds that focus on equities, bonds, money market investments, or a combination of the three. Except for Swive Systems senior personnel, employees in the Human Resources Department, direct or indirect supervisors of the specified job opportunity, or any employee involved in the hiring process, any employee on Swive Systems Inc.Referrals should fill out an Employee Referral Bonus Form and attach it to their job application (this can be done as late as the new employee's first day on the job).
